Programme Overview:
Sino Real Estate Agency Limited and its holding, subsidiary and associated companies (“Sino Group”), in collaboration with the Hong Kong Housing Authority is proud to launch the “Well Being · Start-Up 2.0” Programme, a practical platform designed for young local entrepreneurs to enter and foster innovation in the retail sector. Sino group aims to provide certain retail spaces (shop or kiosk) across shopping malls such as tmtplaza, Olympian City and Citywalk etc for a duration of six (6) months. Participants will receive support on shop fit-out and marketing. Additionally, we will partner with local universities including Saint Francis University to organize a series of tailored career workshops, coaching sessions, and seminars designed to equip selected participants with in-demand industry knowledge and entrepreneurial skills.
Key Features:
• Participants will contribute 5% of monthly gross sales turnover as fees to support programme development.
• No deposit and advanced payment are required.
• Pre-equipped units with basic utilities (e.g., electricity, lighting, and basic fittings) to reduce upfront cost. • Aims to help entrepreneurs to gain hands-on experience, explore innovative business models, and unleash their creative potential.

Application Period:
From 2nd June 2025 (9 a.m.) to 22nd June 2025 (6 p.m.)
Eligibility:
• Hong Kong permanent residents aged 18–35 with a strong passion for entrepreneurship.
• Franchise projects are not eligible.
Application Process:
Participants must submit an online application via the programme website and email their business proposal and supporting documents to sino_wbsu@sino.com with the subject line: "Application for Well Being Start-Up 2.0 programme_ [Company Name]". All documents submitted will not be returned, Participants are advised to make their own photocopies. The information submitted will only be used for vetting and approving applications under the programme. Any missing information in the application will not be processed.
• Incomplete submissions will not be processed.
• Deadline for application submission: 22nd June 2025 (6 p.m)
• Result Announcement on or before 25th June 2025
• Programme commencement: 3rd quarter of 2025
