Starting from 14 September 2026, the parking privilege will be available exclusively to S+ REWARDS members. Members who spend the required amount at Citywalk using electronic payment methods^ can enjoy free parking by presenting up to two same-day machine-printed receipts (based on the vehicle entry date) issued by different eligible S+ REWARDS merchants, together with the corresponding electronic payment receipts.
Members may upload eligible spending receipts via the S+ REWARDS mobile app. Once the spending is approved, members can redeem free parking hours using their points. A maximum of 4 hours of free parking can be redeemed per transaction*.

Upon spending of the specific amount by electronic payment^ at Citywalk or Citywalk2, shoppers can enjoy up to TWO hours free parking.
HK$200 or above = 1 hour free parking
HK$400 or above = 2 hours free parking
Maximum of two original machine-printed sales receipts and corresponding electronic payment receipts issued by Citywalk or Citywalk 2 different eligible S⁺ REWARDS merchants on the day of the Registration are accepted.

Extra Parking Offers
Extra 1-hour Night Parking
Shoppers can enjoy extra 1-hour free parking* if one of the receipts is issued after 5pm and is over HK$100 via electronic payment.

Movie Free Parking Privilege
Upon same day purchase any movie ticket at Emperor Cinemas (Citywalk), customers can enjoy extra 1-hour free parking privilege.

*Not applicable to any complimentary tickets and exchange coupons
*Customers are required to present their own original machine-printed sales receipt(s) from merchant(s), electronic payment slip(s)/ transaction recorded and physical movie ticket stub(s) for audit purposes.
